What Happens The Day Of The Event?

This is the fun part! On Friday, September 27th we invite ALL students, parents/guardians, and siblings to dress up as their favorite Superhero. Students can even dress up as their favorite Superhero during the school day! After a prayer, families will take off on a run/walk around Palmer Lake. There will also be Superhero quests for them to complete along the way! Once they are done with the quests they will be entered into a drawing for more prizes!

Registration will start at 4:30 P.M. at St. Alphonsus Catholic School. An adult MUST accompany each student. After the run/walk, there will be food for purchase, a DJ, and dance in the school. There will be Silent Auction items available for you to bid on and win. The timing of the event is up to you – if you need to leave after the walk or come later, please come when you can.

Please DO NOT bring the donation sheets and money to the actual event; there will be no way to submit. After the Superhero Run/Walk, students will collect all outstanding donations and submit the money and donation sheet to the school before October 15, 2019.

Checks and money orders (no cash) should be made out to St. Alphonsus Catholic School with the student’s name in the memo box. Please include Matching Funds forms and the donation sheet with all money. All online donations will be credited to individual students.
